Theresa Bourgeois joined TradeWinds Towing in June 2018. She brings over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, human resources and operations. Prior to TradeWinds, Theresa worked in the construction equipment industry for twenty-two years. As the Vice President of Finance and Administration, she is accountable for the financial operations of the company, including the production of financial reports, cash flow management and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principle standards.  She develops, reviews, and improves administrative systems, policies and procedures. In addition, she administers the company’s retirement plan and health insurance policies. Theresa grew up in Metairie, LA and attended East Jefferson High School and Delgado. She is also a Lean Six-Sigma Certified Professional.
